Client’s Feedback

"We implemented MDlog for approximately 1/2 our practice. Our statistics of having final progress notes for patients within the system the same day as the patients were seen are continuing to increase."

Dr. Susan Berner, Comprehensive Geriatric Care, Dayton OH

FAQs

You have questions, we have answers.
What kind of support do you provide?

We offer technical support from 8am to 6pm eastern time.

Where is all my data/patient notes stored?

The patient data is stored in the cloud in a secure data center and is backed up regularly. It is protected by firewall and encryption. MDOps can provide certificates upon request attesting to data security.

How fast will MDLog translate my dictation?

The translation is instantaneous and you will see the generated text on the screen as you dictate. Various factors can affect the response time like bandwidth of the network connection, ambient noise and the quality of the microphone being used. We can provide list of devices that gave good results with our tests.

I work in various facilities. Can I manage all of them in MDLog?

Yes. The MDLog application is designed for you to create unlimited facilities and organize patients by facilities.

Will the billing person see all the patient data on my MDLog?

By default, the billing person can just view the encounter details of all the filed clinical notes. But you can assign additional roles to that to that person for access to additional data.
